This is a page from my pocket sketchbook i carry with me in my pocket.

I almost lost it last week and was freakin out. i found it though, i had left it in the library while i was nerding out on the art books and taking notes…

Anyway, i realize i should put this up too because i find i use it just as much as my normal books, especially when im taking quick notes or when i want to do a quick study. It is a little different to my normal books because im always drawing outside or on a moving bus so a lot of it is observational. the line work becomes different, most of the times rushed and in the moment, thus it feels a bit more expressive. 

there’s text because i teared it out to test on a typewriter… (note to self: i want a typewriter). I didnt want to waste the rest of the page so did some studies on the bus. i have long bus rides.
